Meet James Hall and Discover LFG Training

At LFG Training in Erina, our gym space is meticulously designed to cater to a wide range of fitness goals. The left side of the gym, dedicated to our Build program, is equipped with state-of-the-art strength training equipment, including free weights, squat racks, and resistance machines. On the right side, the Engine program area features top-of-the-line cardiovascular equipment such as ski, row and bike ergs.
James Hall leads our team of highly trained coaches, who are dedicated to ensuring you get the most out of each session. Our small group training format allows our coaches to closely monitor your form and provide tailored progressions or regressions, whether through adjustments in load, intensity, speed, body position, range, or exercise adaptation.

Once an athlete, always an athlete. James Hall is a force to be reckoned with. A former professional rugby player for 10 years, he mastered optimal performance and the necessity of a strong, resilient body. Along the way, he learned just how fragile the body can be and the importance of building one you can rely on. After retirement, James didn't stop pushing his limits. He turned to Concept 2 Ergs, setting world records in the 1000m RowErg and SkiErg, and becoming the first to break the 6-minute barrier for the 2000m SkiErg—a record he still holds.
James's mission is simple: lead by example and push boundaries.
His promise? He will never ask you to do something he hasn't conquered himself. At LFG Training, James is ready to help you discover your true potential. Let's Fkn Go!

Jayde is a dedicated fitness professional with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry.
Jayde has interest in movement proficiency and strength training. Ensuring that members learn to utilise the movements in our programming to get the most out of them and stay injury free.
Jayde is available for personal training, including nutritional and wellness coaching.
